First, the registration 

 1, the registration requirements 

 According to a legal person business license or business license of the producers, sellers, according to their business needs, vendor identification code applied for registration. 

 2, the registration process 

 ? provide copy of business license in triplicate. 

 ? fill out the "members of the bar code system of Chinese goods registration form." 

 ? information on the applicant's application for preliminary examination by the local branch of the code after the eligible data, advice and report signed by the code branches to the Article Numbering Centre of China (hereinafter referred to as the encoding center) for approval. 

 ? Coding Center received preliminary information and the application of qualified applicants to pay the costs (see Table A-1), the right meets the requirements, encoding center to the applicant approved for registration, vendor identification code to complete the approval process. 

 ? Applicant receive a "member of Chinese goods bar code system certificate", the application ends.
